my mom and parkinsons

Dear Readers, how does the hip hop gen deal with health? The Skulls and their South Bronx contemporaries took it upon themselves to provide health care to their communities to the best of their ability. But three decades later, we still dealing with too much too soon, too alone too expensive, too silent too deadly, too ashamed to connect see. All I can hear when I watch her is Ludacris rappin, “there’s something wrong, we can’t stay still!”. Sigh, I see her valiant in a losing battle. Parkinsons mixed with a declining mind. So, like Common, I pull out a chair for her and just cool out, cool out and listen to her. We took some dope pics, both us flashing the westside dub, downtown Houston all starry sky flash in the background. Stay tuned 4 more. And thanks 4 listening.
